The MoU signing ceremony took place on June 17, 2025 at the 55th International Paris Air Show happening at Le Bourget in presence of Mr. Shubhesh Thakore, Regional Director, Alpha Aircraft Systems who represented the company on behalf of Mr. Israel Leppe, CEO, Alpha Aircraft Systems and Mr. Suresh Rahangdale, Director RSR Aviation Services and Ms. Reena Paigude, Founder & Director, RSR Aviation Services.

RSR Aviation will invest in infrastructure, licensing, DGAQA, CEMILAC and DGCA approvals, and facility development which includes site identification, hiring of technical staff and facility management.

Secondly, as per specifications provided by Alpha Aircraft Systems, RSR Aviation will also develop inventory for spares and procure tooling and equipment.

RSR Aviation will also be responsible to lead local marketing, customer engagement, and contract acquisition.

Alpha Aircraft Systems responsibilities will include technical transfer of overhaul and repair expertise, supply of repair manuals, FAA/EASA-approved procedures, impart training to RSR Aviation engineers (both onsite and at its facility), assist RSR Aviation with setting up testing benches and test cell operations, certify quality assurance processes to meet global standards, and, participate in high-value proposals, especially for military contracts.
